Accessibility for all

Anyone with a disability or reduced mobility, and in possession of a disability card or medical certificate (e.g. if the disability is temporary), can benefit from our PRM services.

PRM tickets are limited for each concert and show, as they are either on a platform with a predefined size, or on the sides of rows in the parterre if the show is seated.

  • If the show is on sale on Ticketlive :
    • With standing room: you can select 'PMR tickets' either on the map or from the list of available fares, and follow the steps to purchase these seats.
    • With a seated audience: take a seat in the audience seating area if you wish to avoid steps. If you need to be in your wheelchair during the show, please select a seat in the PRM zone on the map.
  • If the show is on sale on Ticketmaster: when you're on the ticket selection page, you'll need to click on "more" in the "important event information" bar. In the block that opens, you'll find a link to fill in a PMR request form. Once completed and submitted, Ticketmaster will follow up with you.

You can take a maximum of 2 PMR places per order. One for the PRM person and one for a companion (paying).

If there are no more tickets on sale or to be reserved via the form, we cannot guarantee a PRM place on the platform or in the predefined area.

It is not possible to change a 'normal' ticket into a PMR ticket; all purchases are final.

Parking E (fee-paying), located right next to the public entrance to the ING Arena, has spaces specially reserved for PRMs and disabled people. It is not possible to reserve a space in advance. parking is located in the LEZ zone of Brussels.

Parking C (paying) also has a few PMR spaces, but be aware that Parking C is much further from the venue, and accessibility is less easy than from Parking E. Check the Parking C website to see if it's open: https: parking

OUTSIDE

If you are a PRM or disabled person (with or without a PRM ticket), you can present yourself to security at the start of the queue to gain priority access once the site is open and avoid having to queue.

Then go to the PRM door at the side of the hall. Please have your ticket (PRM or non-PRM) and proof of your PRM status or disability ready to show to staff.

INSIDE

Only seats in the Parterre are accessible without steps. All seats in the Gallery, Grandstand, Avenue and Balcony have steps. An elevator is available to the Avenue and Balcony floors (please ask staff for assistance). The PRM team is on hand and wears a chasuble with a wheelchair logo.

Only people with a PRM ticket are guaranteed a PRM seat inside. Please respect our staff and their instructions.

The ING Arena offers a range of services to ensure the safety and comfort of PRMs and people with disabilities, enabling them to enjoy events and facilities to the full.

We recommend that you check the specific information for the event you're attending to find out the layout of the parterre, as this varies the set-up in place. You'll find this information on the event page.

For a show with a standing audience: we have a raised platform with a limited number of seats. If you're in a wheelchair, you can access it via the ramp. If you're not in a wheelchair, normal chairs will be available.

For a show with a seated audience: there is no raised platform. Wheelchair users will be seated under Galerie E, F, G, H with their companion. If you are PRM but not in a wheelchair, we ask you to take seats in the parterre and not PRM seats.

There are 4 PRM toilets in the ING Arena, on the same floor as the parterre.

A Red Cross station and first-aid personnel are on hand at every event.

Please bring your disability card or medical certificate with you, as you may be asked for them at the entrance to parking and the ING Arena. It is only possible to enter with 1 accompanying person. If you are more than 2, other people will have to queue up and enter through the 'general' doors.

If you have any questions, specific requests or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the ING Arena team via the contact page. We will do our utmost to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

On site, don't hesitate to ask the PRM staff at the front door or near the PRM area for help.
