ING PRESALES
For each event, a limited number of tickets are specially reserved for you as part of ING Presales. This exclusive presale opens 24 hours before the general sale begins and closes 1 hour before it. When the sale is announced, you can therefore benefit from it 24 hours before everyone else. ING Presales will give you access to tickets in different seating categories or in the general category if there is only one type of ticket. Click on ING CLIENT TICKETS and go to the ticketing page.
ING PRIORITY ACCESS
In addition to ING Presales, ING offers you the opportunity to take your concert experience even further. Would you like to enter the venue before the general doors open and be in the front row to enjoy your favorite artist's concert? Be among the first to reserve your ING tickets (floor category) and enjoy priority access.
To take advantage of this offer, simply click on theING CLIENT TICKETS link and purchase your standing floor tickets in the ING Priority Access category. To take advantage of your priority access on the day of the show, go to the "ING Priority Access" entrance located at the south entrance of the ING Arena at the "Opening doors priority access" time indicated on your ticket (the time will be confirmed on the event website in the week before the concert — keep an eye on it).
Follow the instructions on site and be punctual so you don't miss out on this exceptional benefit! ING Priority Access holders enter before 'normal' ticket holders. If the artist has put VIP packages with 'early access' on sale, these holders will enter the venue before ING Priority Access holders.
