FAQ

You can buy tickets online, at the ING Arena box office (if the concert is not sold out) and via the official ticketing agencies TicketLive & Ticketmaster.
For each event, there is a limit to the number of tickets a person can purchase in order to ensure that as many people as possible have access to the ticket sales. Once you have chosen the number of tickets, they will be removed from the global ticket inventory and placed in your shopping cart. In addition, there is a time limit on how long you can save the purchase in your cart. If you do not purchase the tickets in your shopping cart within this time limit, they will be returned to the global ticket inventory and offered for sale to other customers again.
Electronic tickets are sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you have not received your tickets after this time, please contact your point of sale.
Unfortunately, once a reservation is made, we cannot exchange or cancel it unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled or the event information has changed significantly.
If you do not receive your confirmation email immediately after your purchase, allow 24 hours for it to arrive and check to see if it has been placed in your spam folder. If you still haven't received it after this time or if you have lost it, contact your point of sale directly.
If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours of payment and your confirmation email does not mention a delayed ticket shipment, please contact your point of sale for more information or a new ticket shipment.
If you suspect that your tickets have been lost, damaged or stolen, please contact your point of sale immediately with your reservation reference number to expedite the process.
Once you've purchased your tickets, the only way to change your contact details is through your point of sale. So make sure you enter your details correctly when you reserve your tickets.
There is no minimum age to attend an event at the ING Arena, unless otherwise indicated on the event page. However, it is strongly recommended that children under 16 be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied children under 12 will not be admitted to the hall. Each person, child or adult, must be in possession of a valid ticket.
There is no cloakroom at the ING Arena. We do have lockers where you can put your jackets, small handbags or items bought in merchandising. Please note that the number of lockers is limited and you need a €1 coin to use them (which will be returned to you!).
If you come with an item that is not authorised in the hall (e.g. a large bag, water bottle, etc. - see code of conduct), you will not be able to take it to the lockers and will have to leave it at the deposit (if there is one).
We have food and beverage places. You can choose between pizza and hotdog in the hall, and fries, pasta, burgers, etc. outside the hall. The offer may vary according to the foodtrucks in place, and the accesses open (it's sometimes possible that the outside part isn't open). We accept credit cards for payment. If all you have now is cash, you can buy a €5, €10, €20, €25 or €50 card at the Champagne bar (exact amount only).
If you have lost an item during your visit to ING Arena, please fill in the following form: https://forms.gle/MND1CQuxoxQT7e666 After completing the form, if your item has been found, we will contact you.
