Comp\u00e9tences, organisation et fonctionnement de Brussels Expo\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Comp\u00e9tences de Brussels Expo<\/p>\n<p>Brussels Expo a pour mission de favoriser et de d\u00e9velopper un p\u00f4le de rencontres et d\u2019\u00e9changes en vue de la promotion des activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, commerciales et industrielles, scientifiques, culturelles ou de loisirs notamment \u00e0 travers le territoire et les divers b\u00e2timents qui lui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conc\u00e9d\u00e9s par la Ville de Bruxelles. A cette fin, Brussels Expo est amen\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser toutes les activit\u00e9s utiles ou n\u00e9cessaires, notamment toutes prestations de services se rattachant directement ou indirectement \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de foires &amp; salons, congr\u00e8s, colloques, expositions, concerts, festivals et autres \u00e9v\u00e8nements.<\/p>\n<p>Ses missions comprennent donc notamment la gestion des biens et la prestation des services li\u00e9s aux Palais d\u2019exposition, en ce compris le Palais 12 (salle de spectacles), \u00e0 la salle d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e \u00ab La Madeleine \u00bb et aux divers \u00e9v\u00e8nements qui y sont organis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Plus concr\u00e8tement, Brussels Expo est donc active dans :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s : Foires et Salons, Entertainment et MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences &amp; Exhibitions)<\/li>\n<li>2 m\u00e9tiers : Venue Management et l\u2019Organisation<\/li>\n<li>4 lieux : Palais d\u2019exposition de Bruxelles (en ce compris le Palais 12), La Madeleine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Organisation et fonctionnement<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre membre de Brussels Expo, il faut faire partie du Conseil Communal de la Ville de Bruxelles et \u00eatre mandat\u00e9 par celui-ci ou \u00eatre sp\u00e9cialement autoris\u00e9 par le Conseil Communal sur la base d\u2019une comp\u00e9tence sp\u00e9ciale qui est d\u00e9terminante pour son choix. Le bourgmestre de la Ville de Bruxelles est membre de plein droit de Brussels Expo.<\/p>\n<p>Brussels Expo est administr\u00e9e par un conseil d\u2019administration, nomm\u00e9es par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sur une liste de candidats pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par le Coll\u00e8ge des Bourgmestre et Echevins de la Ville de Bruxelles ou par le conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019association, et ceci pour une dur\u00e9e renouvelable de six ann\u00e9es. Les administrateurs nomm\u00e9s sur proposition du Coll\u00e8ge des Bourgmestre et Echevins de la Ville de Bruxelles constitueront la majorit\u00e9 des administrateurs de l\u2019association.<\/p>\n<p><b>II. Subventions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Brussels Expo n\u2019a pas accord\u00e9 de subventions en 2022.<\/p>\n<p><b>III. Bevoegdheden, organisatie en werking van Brussels Expo\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bevoegdheden van Brussels Expo<\/p>\n<p>De opdracht van Brussels Expo bestaat erin een centrum voor ontmoetingen en uitwisselingen te stimuleren en te ontwikkelen met het oog op de bevordering van economische, commerci\u00eble, industri\u00eble, wetenschappelijke, culturele en vrijetijdsactiviteiten, met name via het grondgebied en de verschillende gebouwen die de stad Brussel haar ter beschikking stelt. Te dien einde verricht Brussels Expo alle nuttige of noodzakelijke activiteiten, met name alle diensten die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks verband houden met de organisatie van beurzen, congressen, symposia, tentoonstellingen, concerten, festivals en andere evenementen.<\/p>\n<p>Tot haar taken behoren dus het beheer van het onroerend goed en de dienstverlening in verband met de tentoonstellingshallen, waaronder hal 12 (showroom), de hal \u00ab\u00a0La Madeleine\u00a0\u00bb en de verschillende evenementen die er worden georganiseerd.<\/p>\n<p>Meer concreet is Brussels Expo actief in :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 sectoren: beurzen en tentoonstellingen, amusement en MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences &amp; Exhibitions).<\/li>\n<li>2 beroepen: Venue Management en Organisatie<\/li>\n<li>4 locaties: Brussel Tentoonstellingscentrum (inclusief Paleis 12), La Madeleine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Organisatie en werking<\/p>\n<p>Om lid te kunnen zijn van Brussels Expo moet men lid zijn van de gemeenteraad van Brussel en door deze gemandateerd zijn of speciaal gemachtigd zijn door de gemeenteraad op basis van een bijzondere bevoegdheid die bepalend is voor zijn keuze. De burgemeester van de stad Brussel is volwaardig lid van Brussels Expo.<\/p>\n<p>Brussels Expo wordt bestuurd door een Raad van Bestuur, die door de Algemene Vergadering wordt benoemd op basis van een lijst van kandidaten die door het College van Burgemeester en Schepenen van de Stad Brussel of door de Raad van Bestuur van de vereniging wordt voorgesteld, voor een hernieuwbare periode van zes jaar. De op voordracht van het college van burgemeester en schepenen van de stad Brussel benoemde bestuurders vormen de meerderheid van de bestuurders van de vereniging.<\/p>\n<p><b>II. Subsidies<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Brussels Expo heeft in 2022 geen subsidies verstrekt.<\/p>\n<p><b>III. Studies<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Er is geen studie verricht voor de Expo van Brussel in 2022.<\/p>\n<p><b>IV. Competences, organization and functioning of Brussels Expo\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Competences of Brussels Expo<\/p>\n<p>Brussels Expo\u2019s mission is to encourage and develop a centre for meetings and exchanges with a view to promoting economic, commercial, industrial, scientific, cultural and leisure activities, particularly throughout the territory and the various buildings granted to it by the City of Brussels. The Mayor of the City of Brussels is a full member of Brussels Expo.<\/p>\n<p>Brussels Expo is administered by a Board of Directors, appointed by the General Assembly from a list of candidates presented by the College of Mayors and Aldermen of the City of Brussels or by the Board of Directors of the association, and this for a renewable period of six years.
