Lorsqu\u2019il est fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux \u00ab donn\u00e9es \u00bb dans la pr\u00e9sente politique de confidentialit\u00e9, nous visons des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Traitement : toute op\u00e9ration ou tout ensemble d\u2019op\u00e9rations effectu\u00e9es ou non \u00e0 l\u2019aide de proc\u00e9d\u00e9s automatis\u00e9s et appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es ou des ensembles de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel. Il s\u2019agit de votre interlocuteur et de la personne qui sera tenue responsable du respect des normes en vigueur en mati\u00e8re de protection des donn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Sous-traitant : personne physique ou morale, l\u2019autorit\u00e9 publique, le service ou un autre organisme qui traite des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel pour le compte du responsable du traitement. Cette distinction a toute son importance dans le traitement des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel. Dit is uw aanspreekpunt en de persoon die verantwoordelijk zal worden gesteld voor het naleven van de geldende normen op het gebied van gegevensbescherming.<\/li>\n<li>Verwerker: de natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon, de overheidsinstantie, de dienst of een andere instelling die in opdracht van de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke persoonsgegevens verwerkt. De verwerker beslist niet over de reden waarom een verwerking wordt uitgevoerd, hij voert het uit in opdracht van een verwerkingsverantwoordelijke.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>4. Wie zijn wij?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>De vzw Tentoonstellingspark van Brussel, afgekort \u2018Brussels Expo\u2019, \u202fheeft haar hoofdkantoor in B-1020 Brussel, Belgi\u00ebplein 1. BTW: BE0406.655.573.<\/p>\n<p>Elke natuurlijke of rechtspersoon die persoonsgegevens verwerkt, moet bepalen of hij\/zij deze gegevens verwerkt in de hoedanigheid van verwerkingsverantwoordelijke of verwerker. Dat onderscheid is zeer belangrijk bij de verwerking van persoonsgegevens. Het lijkt ons hierbij dan ook nuttig om u in dit stadium kort uitleg te geven over onze activiteiten, visie en relatie met onze partners.<\/p>\n<p>Het is onze opdracht om een centrum voor ontmoeting en uitwisseling te bevorderen en te ontwikkelen door het stimuleren van economische, commerci\u00eble, industri\u00eble, wetenschappelijke, culturele en recreatieve activiteiten, met name via het grondgebied en de diverse gebouwen die de Stad Brussel ons heeft toegewezen. Daartoe ontwikkelen wij alle nuttige of noodzakelijke activiteiten, met name alle dienstprestaties die direct of indirect verband houden met de organisatie van jaarbeurzen en salons, congressen, conferenties, tentoonstellingen, concerten, festivals en andere evenementen. In het kader van onze opdracht streven wij er ook voortdurend<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>naar om de klantervaring bij het bezoeken van onze site te verbeteren. Om die doelstellingen te realiseren, bouwen wij onze activiteiten op in samenwerking met een aantal partners.<\/p>\n<p>Wij willen een gevarieerde waaier aan activiteiten op het programma zetten. Daarom willen we ook een totaalservice te bieden aan evenementenorganisatoren. Zo hopen we uiteenlopende evenementen aan te trekken die zowel het grote publiek als specifieke doelgroepen kunnen interesseren. In bredere zin, en gezien onze bijzondere positie, verwezenlijken wij een belangrijke co\u00f6rdinerende taak tussen de evenementen en op het vlak van globale strategie, met het oog op het realiseren van onze hoofdopdracht. Bovendien hebben wij beslissingsbevoegdheid in de keuze van de georganiseerde evenementen, en proberen wij een strategie te hanteren die aansluit bij onze wens om de aan ons toevertrouwde sites uit te bouwen.<\/p>\n<p>Vanuit die bijzondere positie stellen we vast dat een betrokken persoon die een toegangsbewijs bestelt voor een evenement, verbonden is met zowel Brussels Expo als met de organisator van het evenement dat hij wil bezoeken. Die twee aparte entiteiten hebben bijgevolg allebei de hoedanigheid van de hiervoor omschreven verwerkingsverantwoordelijke.<\/p>\n<p>Om perfect op de hoogte te zijn, vragen wij u dan ook om niet alleen onze privacyverklaring te lezen, maar ook dat van de organisator van het evenement dat u wilt bezoeken.<\/p>\n<p><b>5. Wat valt er onder deze privacyverklaring?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Deze privacyverklaring is bedoeld om u te informeren over welke gegevens we over u verzamelen, waarom we die verzamelen en hoe we die verwerken. Welke principes hanteren wij op het gebied van gegevensbescherming?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Wij hechten veel belang aan uw persoonsgegevens en privacy. Uw vertrouwen in ons is een prioriteit. Wij streven ernaar om uw gegevens op een rechtmatige, transparante, behoorlijke en verantwoordelijke manier te behandelen. Wij stellen alles in het werk om de juiste organisatorische en technische maatregelen te nemen om uw persoonsgegevens te beschermen. We doen al het mogelijke om ons te beperken tot het verzamelen van gegevens die absoluut noodzakelijk zijn in verband met het realiseren van onze doelstellingen.<\/p>\n<p><b>7. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij, hoe verwerken we die gegevens en waarom?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>7.1 Wij verwerken geen gevoelige gegevens met betrekking tot ras of etnische afkomst, politieke opvattingen, religieuze of levensbeschouwelijke overtuigingen, het lidmaatschap van een vakbond, gezondheid of gegevens met betrekking tot iemands seksueel gedrag of seksuele gerichtheid. We verwerken geen genetische of biometrische gegevens. In het geval dat de verwerking van een zogenaamd \u201cgevoelig\u201d gegeven wordt overwogen, dan zal u daar voorafgaand correct over worden ge\u00efnformeerd.<\/p>\n<p>7.2 De aankoop van tickets is voorbehouden aan natuurlijke en rechtspersonen die de juridische capaciteit hebben om een overeenkomst aan te gaan of, indien van toepassing, de benodigde toestemming hebben gekregen van hun ouders of voogd (of elke persoon die het ouderlijk gezag uitoefent).<\/p>\n<p>7.3 De gegevens die wij verzamelen en verwerken zijn de gegevens die u vrijwillig doorgeeft aan ons of aan \u00e9\u00e9n van onze verwerkers of partners. Voor bepaalde verrichtingen bij bestellingen kan worden gevraagd om gegevens over uzelf door te geven aan derde partners via hun eigen diensten, meer specifiek bij betalingen die u zult kunnen uitvoeren. Wij zullen niet over die gegevens beschikken, aangezien de verzameling en behandeling ervan worden beheerst door de specifieke voorwaarden van die derde partijen. Wij verzoeken u om hun voorwaarden te raadplegen voordat u uw gegevens aan hen doorgeeft.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Verzamelde gegevens<\/b>: Als u voor het eerst een toegangsbewijs wilt bestellen voor een evenement dat wordt georganiseerd op een van onze sites, bieden wij u de keuze tussen een bestelling met of zonder aanmaak van een account. In beide gevallen verzamelen wij de volgende gegevens:\n<ul>\n<li>Aanspreektitel: verplicht identificatiegegeven.<\/li>\n<li>Naam, Voornaam: verplichte identificatiegegevens.<\/li>\n<li>Taal: gegeven dat nodig is om de communicatie met u te vergemakkelijken.<\/li>\n<li>E-mailadres: verplicht gegeven, waardoor we per e-mail kunnen communiceren en e-tickets kunnen versturen.<\/li>\n<li>Telefoonnummer: Een verplicht gegeven waarmee we contact met u kunnen opnemen in geval zich problemen voordoen met betrekking tot het evenement. Dit gegeven wordt op generlei wijze gebruikt voor enig ander doeleinde.<\/li>\n<li>Geboortedatum: verplicht gegeven waarmee we de leeftijd van onze klanten kunnen controleren en de verkoop aan minderjarigen kunnen voorkomen. Dit gegeven hebben we ook nodig voor het verwezenlijken van ons hoofddoel, namelijk de ontwikkeling van onze locaties want het levert ons een algemeen beeld van de leeftijdscategorie\u00ebn van mensen die onze evenementen bezoeken. Zo kunnen we onze strategie en programmering bijsturen.<\/li>\n<li>Enz. : de reden waarom we soms nog andere gegevens vragen, wordt geformuleerd op het moment zelf waarop de gegevens worden verzameld.<\/li>\n<li>Wanneer u een parkeerticket koopt of verkrijgt via ons platform, worden ook de volgende gegevens verzameld: naam, voornaam, e-mailadres en postcode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Doeleinden<\/b>: Onze hoofdopdracht is de ontwikkeling van onze locaties, o.a. door de organisatie van evenementen. Met het oog op de verwezenlijking van ons maatschappelijk doel verzamelen en verwerken wij de hiervoor vermelde gegevens om onze verschillende opdrachten optimaal te kunnen uitvoeren, en ervaring en service te kunnen bieden die is afgestemd op uw verwachtingen. Deze informatie is ook essentieel om u te kunnen identificeren en onze contractuele relatie te kunnen uitvoeren. Dankzij de verwerking van deze gegevens kunnen wij u per e-mail een al dan niet persoonlijk ticket sturen, evenals informatie over het evenement. Ook kunnen we dankzij deze gegevens onze activiteiten promoten, en u op de hoogte houden van onze aanbiedingen en agenda. Tot slot gebruiken we de gegevens ook om de georganiseerde evenementen te evalueren in het kader van onze algemene strategie: leeftijd van de bezoekers, locatie, tevredenheidsenqu\u00eate enz.<\/li>\n<li><b>Verwerkingen<\/b>: De verzamelde persoonsgegevens worden, afhankelijk van het geval:\n<ul>\n<li>gebruikt om een account aan te maken op uw naam (behalve bij een snelaankoop);<\/li>\n<li>gebruikt om een toegangsbewijs te kunnen aanmaken voor het evenement;<\/li>\n<li>gebruikt om een parkeerticket uit te geven waarmee uw voertuig geparkeerd kan worden op een van onze parkings;<\/li>\n<li>opgenomen in een gestructureerde database;<\/li>\n<li>gebruikt om diverse veiligheidsredenen tijdens uw bezoek aan een van onze sites;<\/li>\n<li>doorgegeven aan de organisator van het evenement waarvoor u een toegangsbewijs hebt besteld die de gegevens verwerkt als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke;<\/li>\n<li>bewaard om evaluaties te verrichten teneinde onze diensten te optimaliseren;<\/li>\n<li>gebruikt, indien van toepassing, bij onze directmarketingcampagnes (= versturen van onze agenda, aanbiedingen en promoties enz.) als u daar geen bezwaar tegen hebt gemaakt;<\/li>\n<li>gebruikt om statistieken aan te maken waarmee we onze algemene strategie voor het organiseren van evenementen kunnen verbeteren;<\/li>\n<li>gebruikt om u na het evenement een tevredenheidsenqu\u00eates te sturen. Uw mening wordt gebruikt om de kwaliteit van onze diensten te verbeteren en aan te passen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7.4 Gegevens verzameld tijdens een evenement: indien Brussels Expo wifi-sensoren en visuele sensoren installeert om, na codering, de bewegingen van de bezoekers tijdens een evenement te volgen, wordt u bij het betreden van het evenement via een informatiepaneel op de hoogte gebracht van deze verwerking. Deze verwerking is gebaseerd op de gerechtvaardigd belangen van Brussels Expo, de organisatoren en exposanten, alsook die van onze bezoekers. Deze belangen overlappen elkaar. Het doel is om de kwaliteit van het evenement te verbeteren door de drukte beter te beheren. Dit kan leiden tot kortere wachttijden in de wachtrijen, faciliteiten die aangepast zijn aan de behoeften van de bezoekers, een betere zichtbaarheid voor de exposanten, een betere communicatie van informatie aan de bezoekers op basis van het aantal bezoekers op bepaalde punten, enz. Deze verwerking wordt onder andere uitgevoerd met behulp van apparatuur van derde bedrijven.<\/p>\n<p>Waar van toepassing zijn de verzamelde gegevens enerzijds de Mac-adressen van uw mobiele apparaat die vrijwel onmiddellijk worden versleuteld en anderzijds beelden via visuele sensoren waarmee een bezoeker niet kan worden ge\u00efdentificeerd omdat de beelden wazig en grijs zijn. Houd er rekening mee dat u door het verzamelen van deze gegevens niet kunt worden ge\u00efdentificeerd. Deze gegevens worden gecodeerd, samengevoegd en gebruikt om een statistisch rapport op te stellen waarmee we de bezoekersbewegingen beter kunnen begrijpen en zo goed mogelijk kunnen inspelen op hun behoeften en die van de organisatoren\/exposanten.<\/p>\n<p>U kunt natuurlijk bezwaar maken tegen deze verwerking door uw MAC-adres in te voeren op de volgende website: https:\/\/smart-places.org\/mobile-location-analytics-opt-out\/about-mobile-location-analytics-technology\/<\/p>\n<p>Houd er rekening mee dat sommige mobiele apparaten gebruikmaken van technologie waarbij het MAC-adres regelmatig moet worden gewijzigd. Ons opt-out systeem zou u in staat moeten stellen om u af te melden voor uw apparaat ondanks deze MAC-adreswijziging. In ieder geval kunt u deze tracering voorkomen door simpelweg uw Wifi uit te schakelen.<\/p>\n<p><b>8. Op welke basis verwerken wij uw gegevens?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Uitvoering van een overeenkomst<\/b>: Door op onze website een ticket te kopen, bent u gebonden door een contractuele relatie die het verzamelen en de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens met het oog op de uitvoering van het contract rechtvaardigt: uw ticket verzenden, u toegang geven tot het evenement en\/of een van onze parkeerplaatsen (naar gelang van de situatie) , u informatie geven over het evenement indien gewenst, het beheer van de locaties enz.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Gerechtvaardigd belang<\/b>: Het is in ons gerechtvaardigd belang om uw persoonsgegevens te verwerken voor doeleinden die ruimer zijn dan het kader van het contract.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Het is in ons gerechtvaardigd belang om onze activiteiten te promoten met het oog op het bereiken van onze missie. We streven ernaar om uw gegevens op basis van ons gerechtvaardigd belang op een verantwoorde manier te verwerken en door de risico&#8217;s op schending van uw privacy tot een minimum te beperken. Bijvoorbeeld, wij verbinden ons ertoe om alleen contact op te nemen met personen die al een ticket hebben gekocht voor een van de evenementen die op onze site worden georganiseerd en wij bieden u de mogelijkheid om eenvoudig en op elk moment bezwaar te maken tegen dit type verwerking. De organisator van het evenement is ook verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens.\u00a0Wij geven uw persoonsgegevens alleen door aan de organisatoren van de evenementen waarvoor u een toegangsbewijs hebt besteld, en wij zorgen ervoor dat u de privacyverklaring (indien beschikbaar) van de organisator in kwestie kunt raadplegen op het moment waarop uw gegevens worden verzameld.<\/li>\n<li>Verwerkers: Wij schakelen bedrijven in voor het organiseren van onze activiteiten. Deze bedrijven verwerken uw persoonsgegevens uitsluitend op basis van onze expliciete instructies. Wij stellen alles in het werk, in de mate van het mogelijke en het redelijke, om ervoor te zorgen dat onze verwerkers uw gegevens verwerken conform de geldende wettelijke normen. De toegang tot uw persoonsgegevens wordt beperkt tot de gegevens die strikt noodzakelijk zijn voor het uitvoeren van hun taken. Al onze verwerkers zijn gevestigd in de Europese Economische Ruimte en zijn onderworpen aan de wettelijke en reglementaire normen voor gegevensbescherming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wij versturen uw persoonsgegevens alleen naar een derde land als de organisator van het evenement zijn hoofdvestiging in een derde land heeft zonder vertegenwoordiger in de Europese Unie. Bij de publicatie van de privacyverklaring hebben alle organisatoren met wie we samenwerken, een vestiging in de Europese Unie. U wordt ingelicht over een eventuele gegevensoverdracht buiten de Europese Unie bij het bestellen van uw toegangsbewijs voor het evenement.<\/p>\n<p><b>11. Hoelang bewaren wij uw persoonsgegevens?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>De periode gedurende welke de persoonsgegevens zullen worden opgeslagen is afhankelijk van de uitgevoerde verwerking. Brussels Expo bewaart uw gegevens gedurende vijf jaar vanaf uw laatste aankoop, met uitzondering van de verwerkingen op grond van ons gerechtvaardigd belang (vijf jaar vanaf het laatste contact) en de verwerkingen die zijn gerechtvaardigd door de wettelijke verplichtingen waaraan wij moeten voldoen. Uw betaalgegevens bewaren wij niet.<\/p>\n<p><b>12. Wat zijn uw rechten?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>U bent zelf de baas over uw gegevens en hun verwerking. Wij stellen alles in het werk om uw rechten gegarandeerd te respecteren. This processing is based on the legitimate interests of Brussels Expo, the organisers and exhibitors, and our visitors. These interests overlap. The aim is to improve the quality of the event by better managing the crowds. This could mean shorter waiting times in queues, facilities adapted to visitors&#8217; needs, greater visibility for exhibitors, better communication of information to visitors based on the number of visitors at specific points, etc. This processing is carried out, among other things, using the equipment of third-party companies.<\/p>\n<p>Where applicable, the data collected is, on the one hand, the Mac addresses of your mobile device which are encrypted almost immediately and, on the other hand, images via visual sensors which do not allow a visitor to be identified as the images are blurred and grey. Please note that the collection of this data does not allow you to be identified.
