Code of Conduct
We want our community to be open to everyone. That's why we're committed to offering all our visitors a warm, safe and hospitable environment, regardless of their gender, religious beliefs, disability or origin.
The following code of conduct outlines our expectations for spectator behavior, as well as the consequences of unacceptable behavior. We invite all spectators to help us provide a safe and positive experience for all!
- Spectators will be respectful of their surroundings.
- Spectators will not obstruct the view of other spectators.
- At some concerts, the artist may request that audience members stand in front of their seats for the entire concert. On these occasions, standing patrons will continue to be respectful of their surroundings and avoid blocking the view of other patrons.
- Spectators will not disrupt the event, the artist or the athlete in any way.
- Spectators will refrain from using foul/aggressive language, fighting, obscene gestures, throwing objects and other behaviors that are detrimental to the experience of other spectators.
- Spectators will obey the instructions and directives of ING Arena staff.
- Spectators will not climb on the seats or any other structure.
- Spectators will not block the aisles.
- Spectators will not occupy a seat or area for which they do not have a valid ticket and will present their ticket when asked.
- There will be no smoking in our facilities.
- Spectators who consume alcoholic beverages will do so in a responsible manner.
- Spectators are asked to report any inappropriate or aggressive behavior to members of security or ING Arena staff.
- Spectators will comply with ING Arena staff orders regarding operating procedures.
- ING Arena's management team may ask spectators who violate these rules to leave the building without being entitled to any refund.
- Camping is not permitted in front of the ING Arena.
- Audio or video recording devices, professional cameras or cameras with removable lens
- Laser pointers
- It is forbidden to enter with food or drinks
- Pets
- Selfies stick
- Ipad/tablet
- Perfume bottle
- Illicit substances and objects
- Any object that may cause harm to others
- Any object that may disturb the order and tranquility
- Backpacks of any size are not allowed.
For your safety and that of other spectators, please note that guests and their belongings will be inspected prior to admission. Please present your bags open for inspection. The ING Arena management team reserves the right to confiscate any items brought into the hall.
Official merchandising items are only available from ING Arena sales outlets. Please beware of unofficial sellers offering you inferior merchandise for which we are in no way responsible.
It is forbidden to sell, offer for sale or distribute any item whatsoever in or around ING Arena, including, without limitation, merchandising items, tickets, food, drinks, cigarettes or smoking materials, newspapers or magazines.
During an event, it is forbidden to bring, display or distribute (whether free of charge or for a fee) sponsorship, promotional or marketing material, as well as flyers, posters or any other material that conveys a religious or political message.
Private transactions (including tickets) are not allowed on the site or in the room.
